In addition to our Personal Use, agent version of the full Compulife program, Compulife offers a very low cost, agent edition of our software called:

This program is available to individual agents for only $69 (one year subscription). If you are a first time purchaser of Compulife, you are entitled to take the "Dare to Compare" challenge which will give you 4 free months of the full, Personal Use agent version of our software.

Term4Sale - Agent Edition is different from the Personal Use
version of the Compulife Quotation System in the following ways:

Please read further for a full explanation of the above features.

1.   The Term4Sale Agent Edition includes our new Palm PDA software; however it does not include our Windows Mobile PDA software.

2.   Agents who purchase Term4Sale - Agent Edition are entitled to one free listing at www.term4sale.com rather than the 2 free listings which are provided to Personal Use subscribers. Agents who purchase Term4Sale - Agent Edition may not purchase additional listings. If you want to purchase additional listing at www.term4sale.com, you must upgrade to the full "Compulife Quotation System".

3.   The comparison categories in this edition of the software will be exactly the same as those provided to consumers at www.term4sale.com. For example, there are no "one year" term products.

NOTE: Compulife has "Return of Premium" and "No Lapse U/L " product categories in its comparison program but due to the complexity of these products they are not available to consumers at the term4sale website. As a result, these categories are also NOT available in the "Term4Sale - Agent Edition".

4.   Agents who purchase Term4Sale - Agent Edition may NOT add Compulife's on-line term insurance comparisons to their web sites. If you purchase the full Compulife program (either personal use or agency use) a customized version of the Compulife internet quotation software may be connected to your website by one of Compulife's authorized web providers for as little as $99 per year. 5.   Term4Sale - Agent Edition does not have many of the more complex functions and options included in the "Compulife Quotation System". In order to offer these low prices, we must keep our technical support service calls to a minimum.

Options removed from Compulife's Term4Sale - Agent Edition Master Menu are "Interest Adjusted Cost Analysis", "Income From Capital Analysis", "Retirement Investment Analysis", "Return of Premium Analysis" and "View/Print File". The "View/Print File" option has been replaced with "Compulife Bulletins" which will display either the current monthly bulletin or the most recent mid-month update bulletin.

Other options removed from Main Menu "Options" are Icon Style Main menu, multi-user login, DOS Menu and options and allow multiple single product display.

The option to create PDF files, and/or to create and e-mail PDF files from within the Compulife program are NOT in the Term4Sale - Agent Edition.

A number of maintenance options have been removed from "List or Modify Product Database". You do not have the ability to enable/disable companies and products. Term4Sale - Agent edition subscribers can use the option Select a Group of Companies to Quote to restrict the system to only those companies that they want to quote and sell for.

6.   Printouts produced using the Term4Sale - Agent Edition will carry the following additional footnote:

Promotion and advertising is an important part of the low price strategy that we have adopted for this version of our software. We assume that most users will be providing printed material to consumers which will be, in and of itself, a form of advertising for Compulife. When your competition sees how you produced the quote we believe they'll visit our website. When they find out that they can have their own comparison software for such a low price, we hope that they will then buy their own version of Term4Sale - Agent Edition. They will in turn become an advertiser for Compulife and so on.
